Should you find this complex via apartmentfinder.com, you'll see it advertised with a large, sparkling pool, beautiful landscaping, and a lovely laundry facility. DON'T FALL FOR IT! The pool is disgusting and not kept well at all, the landscaping is mediocre at best, the laundry 'facility' is more like a run down smoking room for late night drunks. When we first moved in we were told there was a "small bug problem that was under control". Yea. Right. How does having all your furniture, your appliances, you walls, your clothes, anything INSIDE the apartment absolutely infested with roaches sound? When we moved, I was afraid I would have to throw out the majority of my belongings to get rid of the roaches. And the noise. The noise is atrocious. Anything a neighbor does is easily heard through any wall of the apartment (and many of the tenants seem to have a 'thing' for loud music at around 6am.), and repeatedly talking to the office yielded no response to the matter. The area itself is also painfully unsafe, plenty of shady characters to go around here. And, to top things off, the apartments to the side of this complex has experienced numerous shootings, at least 2 in the 6 months I lived here. Please, if you value yourself even in the slightest, PLEASE don't fall for the hype and move into this place!

I agree with this individual in that these apartments are by far NOT ADVERTISED how it really is and as for those shooting, I know at least one of them resulted in the death of someone at least in front of the apartment, when it comes to the noise how does waking up to the same song every single day every minute of the day and of all songs some really annoying mariachi mexican music not the best of ways to wake up. Also when it comes to the land scaping ya it has plants and trees but how does walking outside of your apartment to find beer bottles and trash all over the place, ya thats so lovely. The laundry facility recently upgraded the equipment but the "new" equipment is just as bad and ran down as the old and the spell of drugs and beer is sooo bad, I had a one year lease but after putting up with this for like 6 months I was more than happy to pay them whatever they wanted to break the lease to get out of the roach infested, beer stench, trash of an apartment complex. I highly recommend NOT moving to this place unless you enjoy bad mexican music, gangs, shootings, violence, trash, and having your car towed whenever management feels like it. Overall I would say that these apartments should be condemned and torn down. |

I would have to agree with the above, i has a friend that lived there and boy let me tell you it was bad!! they just got a new "manager" and she is 100 times worst then the last one. this one is rude and sit there like she doesnt care but just to collect a pay check. The worst part is that the apartments are roach infested and bed bug infested!! and the office says the owner only allows a certain amount of people per week to be sprayed because he cant afford it! come on! if you cant afford to run a place then why do you own one? Why are you letting people live in these conditions? Why dont you live there and be bitten by bed bugs every night??? so DONT rent here EVER!!!!

I agree with the response above. I moved in July 2010 and I HATE IT I call the office every week to get on the list for bug control and i still see a million f***** Roaches Ugggggh i can't wait to get the f*** out of here.the rent is cheap but it's not worth it when you are afraid to go to sleep at night because of the roaches. If you like Roaches, Bed Bugs, LOUD Mexican Music, Dirty neighbors, poor management,lazy maintence,dirty laundry rooms with roaches in them, PREVERTS and also ROaches in you're DAM Mailbox this are perfect for you. other than that these apartments need to be condem.DO NOT DO NOT no matter how f***** cheap the rent is or how bad the economy is rent here you will REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
