We have lived here for over 2 years and it has gone severely down hill. it was disappointing when we moved in, because the apartment was so old and dirty. The carpet was so stained and some places it didn't even hve texture it was so worn. Also, there was horrible wallpaper in the bathrooms that wasn't painted over. But besides that, since we have lived here, someone got stabbed and about a month later someone was shot in a "mini drive by" in the parking lot. i have lived all over vegas and i have NEVER heard gunshots until now. Scary. Plus it is Section 8 now, so welfare people everywhere!
