I would like to clear up some of the inacurate information posted about Renaissance Villas. First of all, there are only 2 ConAm complexes that except section 8, and this is not one of them. Secondly, there is far less crime in this complex than many others a third of this size. Yes there is a degree of crime here, but there is crime everywhere including Summerlin, Green Valley, and any other part of town, rich or poor. There are 840 units at Renaissance, and I would dare to say there is a lot less crime here than at most complexes of comparable size. Yes I work for the company and you may think I'm biased, but remember, I also know more about what happens behind the seens more than most residents, believe me, Renaissance is a very nice complex.

Is this person smoking crack or something? There is so much crime around it isn't even funny and yet the managment doesn't care because they don't do ANYTHING about it. They just send a note out telling you about it and that's IT!
