Unfortunately, many of those persons who have commented here, have no idea what they are saying. In fact most of them are probably disgruntled evictions.

The truth of the matter is, Renaissance is a beautiful 840 unit property, with 5 pools, hot tubs, outstanding resident services. Maintenance is handled in a timely fashion, and is consistant.

The biggest problem today is that many people are impatient, so when a part is on order, or someone isn't there "immidiately" they throw a tantrum like 5 year olds.

Welcome to reality people - with a property this size, the staff cannot be everywhere, all of the time.

The world is not perfect, however renaissance villas is pretty close. I invite you to come down and take a look at where I live.

You will find courteous, fair and professional people, no matter what there duties. Staff members go above and beyond more often than not, and unfortunately no matter what you do, you can't make every resident happy. Web sites like this one SUCK because they only show you the negatives. But considering the property has been around for 18 years, and there are only a handful of complaints, I'd say thats pretty impressive

This sounds like either the manager or staff. Too many specifics on how long the apt has been around, gave everything perfect scores. Please. And I was not evicted, I still leave here, I am about to move because of the rent hike and lack of customer service the "staff" provides. I have done customer service via call center for 6 years. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and follow thru. You continuously must call and call again until the staff actually follows thru with your request. Obviously the "staff member" who wrote this review isn't familiar with the concept that if you get bad customer service from a merchant or a certain product, you don't keep that news to yourself. You go and tell all your friends. I have been here almost 4 years and I have never recommended my friends to move here. I have recommended a previous apartment- Palermo, previously Jubiliee.

Yep this was written by a manager that's for sure! This place sucks! I've been here for a little over 2 years and can't wait tell my lease is up because 1) Can't afford the rent increase every year 2) the staff is rude 3)You can never get anything fixed without calling them at 3 times or more and 4) My apartment has been attempted of break in and my car was broken into as well and they don't care at all.
