Management & Staff a Joke

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
I am in complete agreeance. I have been at the complex for going on 4 years. I have lived at 3 apartments in phase 1 & 2. I moved about 18 months ago into a 1 bedroom. My rent started at $670, then with renewal $705. Now my latest renewal says I will need to pay $790 to stay here. That is uttterly ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live here. Everytime I have had a maintenance request (you can't call the office, you must call an #800 line or fill out request online) I have to call multiple times before someone comes out. Also when I came here I was told I would the trash, water, sewage bill would be $15 or $20. Okay how come I have gotten bills between $25 to $40'' The location was very convenient to my job, but now with this latest rent hike scam I am forced to find another apartment community that will actually value their long time residents.
