The employee of conAm management who posted his comments has got to out of his mind. There is not 1 thing I can say positive about my living experience at this apartment complex. This place is a --------, the management is a joke, the security is a joke, the maintenance people are extremely suspicious and unfriendly. I feel it necessary to be armed with a weapon to take my trash out. There are hookers waiting to be picked up by their pimp in front of the phase II office on an almost daily basis, and no one seems to care. Every time an apartment in my corridor is re-painted, my apartment smells like someone just painted my bedroom. All in all, this apartment complex, and everyone that works here, and 98% of the tenants are LOW-CLASS. I am moving very soon, and that day can not come quick enough. My advice would be DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
