First of all, I think everyone is exaggerating! Water only gets shut off without notice when there is an emergency...like a water heater breaking and causing a flood! We're in Las Vegas...it's a desert...there are going to be bugs and they are easy to get rid of....unless you have a filthy lifestyle. I have an occasional bug here and there but they don't stay around because I don't live filthy. Pest control comes to the property once a week and can spray or fog your apartment on request. As far as the Community Manager, she is VERY nice and will do what she can to make residents happy. The key phrase is "what she can". There is a Fair Housing law and has to make sure it's being followed. So, if you are looking for an apartment, I would give Reanaissance Villas a call or stop by! The apartments are being fully remodeled now, are beautiful, which is bringing in a good class of people! Good luck with your apartment search!

I would agree. This complex has a good crew of maitnence and management. Security is OK, but I know that they are Curtesy Patrol. It is not their jobs to make sure everyone is 100% safe, They can try, But its not, its up to each of us residents to insure we have a safe community. As for one posting, someone says Hookers are waiting by the Ph2 office for their pimp.. Thats BS. I have NEVER seen them, and instead of posting a review, if your seeing illegal activity, you should be calling Metro. All and All, this property is good. If your looking for a place to live, this is a good spot.
