Not too bad, but overpriced...

I've been living here for 3 months. I've had one problem (clothes washer broken) and it was fixed immediately. I haven't had any contact with management since moving in, so I can't really comment there. BUT... This area is higher in crime than I expected (my car was broken into soon after moving in), lights are out all over the carport areas and haven't been replaced in months (contributing to the break in I'm sure), and the interior of the apartments in this part of the complex are old and kind of crappy (tiles broken and not repaired properly, cabinetry old and misaligned, stained wood, cheap old fixtures).
Overall, not worth the $800 a month for a 1-bedroom apartment. I might recommend this complex if they brought the prices down to a reasonable level. Somewhere around $650-700 for a 1br.
By the way, anyone from the management who may read this... REPLACE THE CARPORT LIGHTS!
