...but it's not easy finding a good apartment these days. I have had to contact the managment staff very little, however they are not always responsive to your needs. I have a neighbor above me who is LOUD, it always sounds like they are bowling or something. Complaints seem to go unchecked. That same neighbor also has altercations in which the police have to be called, but they are still there. Maintenence is another story. I have had a cracked window in my livigroom for MONTHS and it has yet to be fixed. They will come for other minor calls, and I will even remind the person who comes that my window is still broken. The problem is that you don't contact managment with problems, so they never know what's going on. All the while, they have raised the rent with no improvment in service.
