The hidden fee

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
 
I lived there for 5 years and had few if any problems. My only complaint was one year as the rent continued to go up, they included a "trash fee" that had to be paid separately from the rent. So that year (my 3rd or 4th), it was like rent went up twice. Rent prices all over town have been increasing, but it was pretty crappy to double tap the residents.
