So my 9 month lease is coming to an end Thank God!
Heres my review from beginning to end... The problems started right after we paid the deposites to move in we asked if before we moved in we could see the townhouse
they said yes in about 2 weeks at that point we still had about 5 weeks in our other apartment which was not the greatest but better then this hole, but anyhow I called in two weeks, not ready yet ...ok another week I understand my father owned a pumbing and carpentry company when I was growing up unexpected events happen, so I called back in a week my and my husband we excited and ready to see the new place... guess what still not ready another week lets just say they didnt let us see the place until the day we were to move in, guess what we didnt have money to just go out and put a deposite on a different place it was awful so we swallowed out pride and did what we had to and move in. I really should have asked for an advance from work. For one we have no water pressure it pretty much drips out of the shower takes me atleast 45 minutes to shower because it takes so long for the shampoo to rinse from my head. There are so many spiders I have woken up a few times from feeling something crawling on my face, oh and to the person who says "its a desert theres going to be bugs"... not in my house buddy its called getting properties sprayed by a dependable company my mothers' exterminator will come out if she sees so much as one bug at no additional charge. so pretty much I bug bombed the apartment just so I could get a little sleep. among other things the dishwasher, disposal, and the up thermostat upstairs were broken upon move in. Also to this day there is a funky smell from the washer I can't get rid of. I was ammazed that all this could be wrong since they took well over a month to fix and clean... but I'm really not sure what they cleaned because in my bathroom there was pee on the bottom of the toilet and on the floor around it when we moved in... not to mention pubs and stuff...(BARF!!!). So I'm trying not to make this an essay but basically so far the cabinents have fallen off on me, the kitchen sink spout fell off while I was doing some dishes, there is constatly trash around the property, people constatly speed so if you have small kids don't let them outside, someone tried to break in while we were home, but my husband came out with a baseball bat. The woman who works in the community center is a total cow, it takes her forever to find our packages. and to top it all off the 5 or so pools they mention so much are always dirty and sometimes shutdown by the health department....so I really hope you will pick another place to move into there are way better places in town to be found...I hope you have better luck then I had and if you deside to stay here I'm sorry.

I think this woman is on crack. Does it seriously sound like a sane person wrote this review? She can't even separate her thoughts with paragraphs and lacks elementary spelling and grammar skills. Maybe shes confused and actually lived in the trailer homes across the street of the apartment complex. I live here and have never experienced the problems she has. Read my review. "Two thumbs up" for a more accurate description.

You know, I have also lived there, and I had a very similar experience to this person's. I'm glad you have not, but it was not the most pleasant experience for me, my husband, my roommates, or my friends... and we all lived there for a year. We also were not able to view the townhouse prior to moving in, had to contact maintenance multiple times for various things, the final culmination of that being a wiring issue which resulted in owing the electric company over $1,500... and it took management MONTHS to even get to the bottom of the situation, then it wasn't until we had only one month left before they made any move to reimburse us for all the madness that ensued. Again, I'm glad if you have had a pleasant experience there, for I don't think anyone would want the experience that I have had.

I live in a 1 bedroom here and have been here for almost 3 years and my apartment has been attempted of break in at least 3 or 4 times to where I had to go buy a bar to put on there and they wouldn't help me put it on. After complaining they finaly did. I have people knocking on my door and begging for money as well (this happened about 3 or 4 days ago). People drive around there like it's a race track too. If your smart you wouldn't move here!!!

We had similar problems living here. Just moved here in january and had to call maintenance at least 5 times to fix things which did NOT get fixed!!. The dishwasher was supposed to be brand new when we moved in but we had problems with it from day one. We were also missing a window screen in our master bedroom and just recently called to have maint come and put one in. well... we called FIVE times and made an appointment (for TODAY) and they NEVER called nor did they show up. We are absolutely livid because they showed us no consideration and we wasted our day waiting for maint to show up and they didnt even give a courtesy call. They are unreliable and inconsiderate! We went over to the main office to complain and it basically got brushed under the rug and nothing was being done. Also, we were denied our $100 referral money back from rent.com because the girls in the main office screwed it up saying that we never referred rent.com. They lied because thats how we found out about this place. AND to top that off, they were gonna make us pay for the PREVIOUS tenant(s) electric bill. we signed a year lease, been here for 3 months and cant wait for our lease to be up. So.. i would think twice about renting here.
