Naturally, on a review site most of the comments are going to be complaints and honestly, I used this site to base my decision on moving in to these apartments.

I spent a lot of time searching for an apartment. I visited 9 different complexes and this place was hands down the best. The way I did it was by price range $700-800. Any place within 5 miles of school and in my price range I checked it out.

Price: I pay out of my ass for this place. Its expensive but I think its worth it. The location is great and I have the nicest apartment out of all my friends.

Neighbors: My neighbors are Mormons, a Korean Couple, and a guy in a wheel chair. Noise is a bare minimum and they are very courtesy and polite.

Safety: I have the most stolen car in America and besides a $1200 alarm system I feel my car is pretty safe. I always see the security doing rounds at night on their bicycles. My friend was out by my car late at night and told me. "wow that dude is riding his bicycle really late at night." I told her that was our security. She was impressed and honestly I don't know how much they actually do, but it really is a relief to see.

Grounds: This place is nice. Hands down its the nicest grounds I've visited out of the 9 locations. Grass is green, entrance is really nice, and I have a nice big grassy back yard to look out to. Its a nice change seeing that it is the desert.

Build quality: I opted for the newly renovated apartment. My friends are pretty jealous and it really does look very classy. However, build quality is pretty poor and it seems like the renovation team did a very half ass job. I honestly think I could've done better. There were a number of things wrong with my apartment when I moved in! However, the maintenance crew is very nice especially the mexican maintanice manager. Despite this, I really have to force them to come out and do my repairs when needed. But once they fix it, things hold up very well. Bottom line is build quality is cheap but it does look really nice. Just be careful and don't abuse your apartment and you should be fine.

Staff: The mail room lady is very nice. Someone complained before and I was quite concerned seeing that I average 3-5 packages a week. But I've had no problem so far and she is a really sweet old lady.

Renee is who I'd recommend seeing at the office. Shes very professional and really cares about you.

Bugs: The first thing I did when I moved in was bought a package of bug traps from walmart and set them all around my house. I also vacuum once a week and sweep my kitchen at least once a day. And so far I've only seen one roach in my house and it was dead (probably b/c the only food it found was the bug poison.)

I wasn't planning on writing a review but I only thought it'd be fair. And seeing that this site helped me, hopefully this review will help you too. This is only my second month living here and I will update the review if my feelings change. Hope this helps and good luck finding an apartment.

My car was just broken into. There was also a armed robbery the other night. Just FYI.

I live here and some guy came POUNDING not knocking on my door the other night wanting money. I did NOT answer the door either. Kind of scary. Make sure to ALWAYS lock your doors and put your alarm on and make sure to always check through the peep whole to see who is at the door and if you don't know them don't answer it and just talk to them through the door! Just a little FYI!
