It could be worse

This property is okay, but, it is located right across the street from a recently fenced-in wash where homeless folks used to live. The vandalism here has gotten really bad in the last six months, however, it seems that unsupervised children, who don't live here, are the culprits. The security here are limited as to what they can do to combat the problem. Somebody was robbed here in January and the vehicle break-ins are increasing. I've spoken to some long-term residents who are quite disgusted with how the management handles their concerns and are now looking for somewhere else to live.
The groundskeepers don't seem to pay attention to much unless somebody alerts the management; a few weeks ago, I noted somebody's car window had been smashed in less than 100 yards from the management office, there was broken glass everywhere. I had to call the management office to get the groundkeepers to clean up the mess. I think the groundskeepers do as little as they can get away with here. Shameful.
