had Rented an apartment for April 1 despite all the bad comments I had read about this place
I had a cosigner who doesn't not live here in Nevada , had to fax the application to her , I after I received they told me ok is all set come pick up your key on April 1 , even though this is for April I had came to see the apartment for measurements and whatever for a whole month prior to April , April came I went to pick my keys and they told me sorry you cannot move in we need a other notarizes signature from the cosigner. when I had everything already , I ask why they did not mention this before when they had seen my face for quite a WHILE , they not even a apologize , they just told I don't know what happened , the leasing agent does not longer work here anymore , too bad , I talk to the manager who looks like she was a crack addict , she did not apologize even it was even worst , she acted like she wanted to hit me , they screw me up I demanded my money back for the lack professionalism they told me it was going to be over 30 day for me to get my money back, now am basically homeless , please everyone don't rent here there going to rip you off one way or another

I know who you are referring to. She is a very cold, COLD woman. She is not liked here by the residents and this property is losing more tenants every month. I'm even tempted to find another place to live as my rent is going up $150.00 this year.

You sound like an illegal immigrant. Take your homeless butt back to Mexico and complain about America from there. Real people don't NEED a cosigner for an apartment HAHAHA
