Good to know you're having a better time than the poor souls who paid money to move in and when they came to get the key, they were turned away.

I am a resident of renaissance villas,i have been living here for about a year now. i cant say anything bad about this place as all my needs were taken care of. maintenance was awesome, if i needed something fixed, it was done right away. i wouldnt want to go anywhere else but unfortunately, divorce took its toll and so i have to move but then again, i'm still thinking twice about moving. i dont think i'd be more comfortable elsewhere. The rent is now a *lot* more. Extra for living near the walking path. Old buildings, cheap construction, noisy subflooring, single-pane glass, high utilities (none included-shared water metering). The grounds are well maintained, decent location; but this is now one of the most expensive of all the ordinary 20 year old properties: for example, $900 /month for a 600 sq ft 1 br/1 ba. Waaaaay overpriced.
