I have lived in apartments for 10 years, but I never had the terrible experience as this apartment complex. The walls were thin and I could hear bass coming from the apartment below me and next to my bedroom wall. I submitted numerous complaints to Security and the front desk, I left messages for the manager to call me, with no return call until I provided my 30 day notice. However, by then it was too late. In short, my experience was awful and I wouldn't reccommend to anyone for the price you pay for rent, spend the extra $50 for a bit nicer of a place.

I've lived here for two years. The buildings are old and poorly constructed. Renovation (paint, OK carpet with cheap pad, cheap cabinetry and appliances) did not change that. It did, however, apparently justify much higher prices. Meanwhile, the policy was quietly changed to also allow dogs, which were not permitted in 2007. Best part: general appearance. Dig below the shiny surface a bit, however, and things quickly go south.
