Resort at the Lakes

Con Am Is EVIL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response   The Resort is not at all a resort. It's like Hell on Earth. Management is always looking for ways to kick people out. I witnessed 5 evictions last week. If your neighbors don't like you, all they have to do is make up a complaint against you. Whether it's true or not, You Will get a written warning regarding eviction. I have heard from people that work for the resort, that Peggy the Manager, is trying to "clean house". She wants to get rid of all the younger people, and minorities, and make this place middle aged to older people. Con Am does not abide the Law. They make there own Laws. I will be contacting my Attorney, Channel 13, and The Equal Housing Authority. This place needs to be investigated, people need to be informed. DO NOT MOVE TO THE RESORT AT THE LAKES. Don't fall for it, like we did. Bad stuff happens here! Someone was shot and killed here. It's like a ghetto. Gangster looking people everywhere. Low life's, you'll see, if you visit. Wall's are sooooooo thin, we can hear the guy next door burp, fart, poop, yawn, you name it, I can hear him pet his cat.
