I have had nothing but problems since I moved here in 12/2003. First off the management told me I could move in a week early prorated then the apartment wasnt ready so I couldnt move early. Then the day I was supposd to move in I came by for the key at 2pm and they told me it still was not ready to come back at 4. I already had my uhaul waiting to move. When you go to look at the apartment they show you this nice beautiful model when I got my apartment it was dirty and nothing like the model! You could tell they cleaned in a hurry. I gave them like 6 weeks notice (so I could plan ahead reserve a uhaul etc) when I would be moving in, they had plenty of time to fix and clean. The bathroom and kitchen flooring is gross and stained the kitchen counters cut up and burned.

Every month goes by the place gets worse! The water pipes have broken 3 times and the whole complex was without water for days (they did offer to go to a sister apartment about 1/2 mile to use the showers)The maintainence is just horrible and the staff doesnt appear to care in the office, the staff has turned over I dont know how many times. Every time I go to the office there is new people. I have been waiting 2 months for my closet shelves and hanging pole that broke from the walls to be fixed, mean while my clothes and things are in the living room because there is nowhere else to put them. We have gone in and called the office at least once a week or more and still nothing has been done.

Every month goes by it just gets worse now the last month in half we have these huge cockraoches infested on the balcony at least 20 - 30 are dead every other day. They do have a company that sprays but now they are all in the apartment. The pool is dirty and the spa has worked only the first month I came here. The parking is ridiculous, your covered spot is always being taken. We complained to management, they just give you violation stickers. I got like 20 and have used them all in one month. My space is by the mail room and leasing office and the first spot right when you drive in, so its always being taken and they will not give us a different one. There is so much else but to much to write.

The one thing also need to point out they recently hired a guard at the front gate and I was told by a neighbor the reason for the gaurd was a woman got raped (I do not know if this is true). All this is only in the 5 mos I have been here! And as we speak today I have been waiting for 2 days to get my double kitchen sink fixed the disposal broke and both sinks are stopped full with water it stinks and I cant wash dishes or do much of anything since its after 5 now well be going on the 3rd day waiting! Then to top it all off today they leave me a letter asking for me to renew the lease, what a joke!

If the mgmnt could be decent and they maintain the apartments this could be a nice place, but not right NOW! Every neighbor I run into on the property has told me complaint after complaint. The only plus are the apts are huge for the price, lots of closet space, lots of stores near by. If your looking I would stay AWAY! Our lease is up and we cant wait to get the hell out of here!!

We are residents and we have the same problems right now! Our apt rent got 27% higher right after our lease has done! We have this big hole on the ceiling and anybody can break in our house from another big hole outside the door. Every time wind blows, we have cold & strong wind coming in our house. Maintenance doesn't come to fix it! And I heard one of my neighbor in the same apt property have got Maintenance come into the house when he never asked him to come in, Maintenance saying it needs fixing. I'm always nervous when I go outside. We can't keep anything in the house.
