Nice Place, Less Features From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Royal is better than the ones we lived a few month ago, no special features, good community but the children in the neighborhood is always running around making mess in the grass and littering stuff. The good thing about this community is gated, but the gate is always broken, people from other places just enter the community. Royal is wonderful place but they should really make it more better.
