I have lived at Royal Sahara Apartments for over 1 year and I must say it hasn't been a pleasant experience. I am moving soon but the roof and ceiling have leaked since we moved in, and the office staff doesn't seem to care when there are any problems. They also give me notices after I pay my rent (I have never paid late) They told us to buy our own filter. Every month there is a new manager. when we moved in our neighbors were ok, but now there are alot of shady people moving in and the front gate does not shut, and the exit gate looks like someone has tried to run through it with their car. The garbage dumpsters are always full.
