Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
This apartment have a serious plumbing
problem. The Water is shut down unexpectedly
about twice a month. It has been that way for the last six years.

It usually takes a week or two to have something fixed by the maintenance.

The management stuffs keep changing, so
nobody takes the responsibility. They are
neither capable nor friendly.
