I am going on my 11th month of living here and I have been seeking other apartment complexes for about 6 months now.
Today I had to take a cab across town because the Royal Sahara staff failed to send notices to mine and several other buildings about them re-painting the dividing lines in the parking lot.
Not only was there an excuse for why we "did" receive the notices, but I was spoken to as if I were not comprehending the lies seeping from Debbie's (the manager) lips.
It was amazing how I had proof of them not setting up notices, but how management lied directly to my face and the other handful of tenants I met while retrieving my vehicle at the towing facility.
In the past (I am sure they will do it again and again as they always have) they have also failed to send out the mandatory 48 hour warning on when they decide to shut off everyone??s water to fix pipes around the facility.
Transients are always walking onto the grounds and going through all the trash, music is always being played from the parking lot (but you can feel it in your apartment, even on the third floor). I would also like to add that I have seen a syringe laying on the floor near the dumpster.
The gates have not worked since I moved in here, and there are currently no guards walking the grounds at night. Guards only happen to be around for about a week after something bad happens such as car??s being broken into or gas being syphoned.
