For the rent I am paying...i cannot complain. And actually the complex is pretty well kept. Its hardly ever noisy except maybe on weekend afternoons when kids are outside playing but they're just kids! let them have their fun!
the pool is nice and well kept, i have never had a problem with the management and they have always been nice to me.
My biggest complain is the frequent and uenxepct shut off of our water. It hasn't happened lately but for a while there it used to get shut off 2-3 times a week for over 2 hours each time! That can be VERY frustrating when you want to shower before you get to work....parking is ok but they assigned us parking that was on the other side of the complex! there are uncovered spots i find closer to my building so parking isn't THAT big of a problem.
Overall, for its price this place is fine. I have heard of one assault when i first moved in but i walk my dog around the complex late hours of the night and i've never had an incident.
The actually apartments are pretty big...they do need a bit of an upgrade but nothing terrible.
