For starters, they have a bunch of young people running the complex, including the mgr that are a bunch of airheads. Whomever cleans there apt's does a very poor job, also. The bathroom and cabinets were both dirty, when I moved in. And the kitchen cabinet walls were not painted. You could see roaches smashed on the walls. And, of course they didn't have enough sense to spray before I moved in. This complex has major ant problems also..As clean as my house was, I was never able to completely get rid of the roaches or ants. You could even see them crawling outside at night.
As if this wasn't bad enough, I come home one eve to find my apt had been BURGLARIZED, and I was stripped of all my valuables. One of their workers was near my apt on this day, so I asked him did he recall seeing anyone near my apt, since he was so close to my door, when I left for work on the day of the burglary.
Would you believe he said he didn't remember seeing me, even tho we had crossed each others path on other occasions. I wasn't blaming anything on him, but I found it VERY suspicious that he didn't recall seeing me, under this very obvious circumstance. A few days later, I overheard some of the other workers talking about how they believed another maintenance person was stealing tools from them. I got very uncomfortable about staying there, and put in a 30 day notice, and they were not willing to cover the buyout of my lease. I later find out that they were having some type of burglary and robbery every week in this complex !!! The mgr didn't have the decency to let the tenants know. They even took down my poster I put up, offering a reward if the burglar was caught, because they didn't want this problem advertised.. This area is very bad. Go to spotcrime.com, and you will see all the criminal activity going on in this area daily.

PARKING.. Forget it...It's usually someone in your spot when you come home, so be prepared for a long walk, as finding an open spot that is not already assigned to someone is almost impossible.
