We live here since 2004 and you can see how this place is gong down the hill..
They did a great job at the landscaping and they paint all the buldings. So from the OUTSIDE everything looks fine. The apartment they show you at your Tour is nice and has a nice clean furniture in it. BUT dont let them fool you, the reality will disappoint you big Time. My kitchcounter and all the bathroom closets are terrible scratched , old and well the whole kitchen is Trash IMO.
The staff over here is always very nice and if you have any problems they try their hardest to help you and fix everything you need, BUT the company behind all this is just cheap and invest money in the wrong things..i dont need a nice bush in front of my house, first i would need a new kithcen and bathroom :-))
The other thing is that i got the feeling, that good decent people move out and , Sorry to say that, bad people move in..Almost every night you hear somebody fighting and the cops are almost daily guests over here..
im 100% sure that there is better places in vegas, for the same money or even less..we gonna get out of here as soon as the lease runs out..So i would not recommend to move here..

Based on the last several reviews, I'd be very cautious in renting an apartment here. Looks like the place has gone downhill from the telling of other reviewers. Renter beware! BTW, I'm the first reviewer who lived at this apartment complex back in 1994-5. My advice is to always check things out, as others have found out here.

You want a real nice kitchen and bath, move to green valley and pay the extra 200 a month. My kitchen and bathroom are quite ok.....then again if yours is trash probably because YOU trashed it. I have lived here 3 years and seen the cops here maybe half a dozen times BTW.....you are grossly overstating they are here everyday!!!!

I have lived here almost a year and i'm not sure if i want to renew my lease. I agree the landscaping and the gates are all for show the inside not nice. they really do need to up-grade, hello the 80's are long gone. I'm not saying put in 10,000 into them but somethiong nicer and newer. the kitchens especially. My carpet after one month the stains were back. I do agree about the staff and the maintenance great jobs. the electric bills are sky high because the windows are not energy efficient. The rent should be cheaper for what we get. By the way I have seen the cops about ten times. Where I live they are outside smoking and drinking on my side od the property. The others sides I here are better. Overall do your research. I came here from another state and it was imposssible for me, my husband picked it.
