I have lived here a couple of years (big mistake) and during that time the property has declined. First they ripped out most of the lawns and replaced it with gravel. Then they cut down mature trees. Now they are painting all the buildings a ugly shade of brown (literally looks like s**t). During these so callled improvements the complex eliminated security (you have to call Las Vegas Police), decreased maintenance (dog crap all over) and of course jacked up the rents. The management (especially the apt. mgr.) could care less about the tennants. The property is attracting more and more bad elements including criminal types. I will move as soon as my lease is up because this property is sinking fast.
