JIK properties is about the lamest property management company ever. They make Budget Suites of America look good. They care nothing about you or your apartment once you are in. They only care about collecting the rent. I went 6 weeks this summer without air conditioning except for a "portable" unit that was only cold if I stood in front of it. I was paying for a "playground view" even though my patio was looking at a giant wall. If I stood on a chair and looked over the wall, I could see the parking lot of the plaza next door. In the two years I lived there they went through about 10 maintenance supervisors because even they couldnt believe how badly the property was maintained. If you are thinking of renting there, run for your lives, buy a box and live on the corner. Anything is better than Safari
