To Whom it may Concern.....
I have lived in this complex for five years. I cannot believe how out of control this place is! In just the last 6 months I have been praying for time to fly by so I can get out of here. In the last Hour I have seen a Fight outside of my apartment, Two girls against one, about 7 kids outside tossing footballs in the parking lot (which is nice cause they hit a car about every 5 seconds) and there are 3 LITTLE kids out there with NO one watching them. I believe the sister is supposed to be watching them but she was too busy being in a fight. The one that is oh about a year and a half in footie pajamas, is throwing a ball on to cars just to watch them roll off. Now, I tried to call the office to complain but of course there isn t even a answering service anymore! That s nice, NO security, NO answering service, Cars hitting apartment buildings, attempted break-ins, Break-ins, fireworks going off at all hours of the night and about 5 brand new Pitt bull puppies running around! I would say that this place needs some security. Thank god you do accept big dogs, that s the only way people can feel half way safe here. Lovely. It s a real nice environment you have going here.....
Concerned Resident....But not for long.
I WOULD NOT recommend anyone move in here! Espically if you have children!! Too much happens here!
Counting down the days I can move!
