Ive lived here for three years.....my lease is ending soon....evr since the nice management left last year, we have gotten the worst assistant manager there is...she is a witch on wheels that is out to get all the long term residents that do not cause problems.....I am sooo out of here. It has gone downhill as far as clientele....gangbanger, vato central.....i carry a gun at all times.......u have to. I cannot wait to move!!!!!!! Also, they are charging the new move ins less money for rent...and the people up for renewal, they cannot wait to jack up there rates. Some of the long term people are paying more than 100.00 the newbys....UNFAIR!
