I lived there for three years because they accept large dogs; however it was not worth it. The air conditioning units are ancient and break an average of four times a year. The insects are terrible and you have to have them spray often. Unfortunately they lied to me twice about spraying and do not gaurantee for spiders. I was bitten by a Brown Recluse and spent several hundred dollars on doctor's fees. Now that I have moved out and on they still haven't refunded my deposit and are saying that the parent company JIK Properties is backed up and it will be 60-90 days for a refund even though Nevada Law states 30 days for a refund.
