Worst Apt.

This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in by far. When I moved in 3 years ago I should have known from the start. The apartment I was suppose to move into was not ready, so they threw together a horrible looking apart with dents, and missing appliances hoping to hide the damage with fresh paint. The front door is missing weather stripping and although I have complained to the numerous management staff on a number of times they never did anything about it, so i have bugs and leaves and dirt that fly into my apartment on a regular bases. I have seen the apartment complex hire and fire all the office and maintenance staff three different times, and the current staff are just as bad. I have gone two summers in a row with a broken AC unit, though last summer they put in a new unit and thermostat, I went to turn on the AC two days ago and it did not work. I called maintenance and they never came out, even though i told them I would be home all day. They finally fixed the front gate, which by the way broke last year and caused $1,4000 dollars worth of damage to my car, because the sensor that recognizes the car malfunctioned, they only thing they did was give me credit towards my rent. The new gate however does not work right, you have to have a card that opens the gate, that works fine however if you have family or friends come visit you, they are suppose to look you up by name and then it calls your house phone and you just push #, however the gate makes a noise and does not open. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, even if they gave you 6 months free. The employees all have attitudes, and do nothing for the residents of the complex, and the apartments are literally falling apart. They need to tear down these old apartments and just start over new. Thankfully my lease is up in a month and a half and I will be moving into my new home I am buying.
