Anyone who speaks to these people should carry a tape recorder. These people will look you in the eye and lie.

I left there over a year ago and what people say today is still true.

I lived there for over 5 years but I had to move due to the drug dealing activities of my neighbors kid and the overall EXTREME deterioration of the place.

The landscaping consisted of dead trees, dead lawn and actual desert bushes. The landscaping is a disastor because they never watered. And then they charge you for water.

The water bill comes separately at around the 11th - after the rent is due. You better pay it right away witha money order or when you try to move they will say you are 'late pay' without explaining what they mean to the people they are saying that to.

They have offered 'specials' to current tenants which state that they are "raising the rent." But, if you sign a new lease, they will give you a discount. Later on I found out that people who moved in after me where paying less than I was and that they never raised the rent. (I still have the documentation.)

If you like boom boxes, prison parolees, teenaged drug dealers, people always parking in your assigned spot, outside lighting pointed directly into your window instead of the sidewalk below, then this is the place to be.

If you move here you must be crazy i live by a bunch of --------/black folks that party all day all nite they aint ----!!! apts 78,80,81! its like tiawanna village in that little area. i would never let anyone know where i live at its horrible!!!when you move in you have roaches not from you but from somebody else.oh my god and the maintance people ----in horrible!management are liars,rent is too too much for a piece of s#$t.. i've learned my lesson big time.but one good thing i can say management is good because i see they tricked alot of people into moving here is you dont already live here think twice(i wish i did) soon as my lease is up im gone !!!
