Bad Management team From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I just moved in two weeks ago with my one year old boy and the manager shut my power off by sending a letter to the Nevada Power company and sending me the bill for it. It turned out to be an old power bill from a person who used to live in my unit. They told me that its too late and that I will still have to pay the bill being that they already mailed the bill in. The power bill was over $84.00 for only nine days. Today I found a note on my door asking me to renew my lease for $730.00 and Ive only lived here for two weeks! My first month is not even up yet! WHATS GOING ON HERE! Every day, there is a line of angry tenants in the office complaining. The security gate is hardly ever closed at night to keep out the car prowlers which makes me not sleep at night thinking im going to get robbed. I found the security guard asleep in his guard booth at night on 2 seperate days! This complex makes me wonder if I should have moved to Vegas or stayed in Seattle.
