I received a notice on my door to move to a new parking location because of other
People parking in other peoples spaces. â?Visitorsâ of the complex are parking in
Spaces that donât belong to them. So, should your cash paying tenants be punished for that!?
I pay $890.00 for this box I live in and have to deal with drive by shootings, car thefts, vandals and late night teens keeping me up all night ! All for a price of $ 890.00 â. What a deal! And now I cant park in front of my $890.00 box called an apartment !?

You are forcing your good customers â?Tenantsâ to park away from their apartments! What a slap in the face ! How much more should your customers â?Tenantsâ suffer by living here !? Why isnât our parking spaces the same as our apartment numbers ? If you live in apartment # 194, your parking space # should be #194 so that there is â?NO MISUNDERSTANDINGâ
Your apartment # is your parking space !! You cant go wrong!!!!!!!!!!!
Place that space # in front of that apartment # and there cant be any mistakes !
â?I as a customer â?tenantâ should not have to suffer by walking to another building located at another location in the complex to find my car!â I cant see my car, I cant tell if kids are jumping on the hood as they have done in the past, I cant take my groceries right to my front door, I now have to make several long trips to my apartment while my groceries are cooking in the hot trunk of my car all thanks to Sahara Gardens Apartments for a low $890.00 per month!
You too can live this way ! Sounds like a great â?for rent magazineâ add donât it ?
I cant wait to tell all my family and friends so they too can spread the good news about Sahara Gardens Apartments and how well they treat their â?CUSTOMERSâ/ TENANTS!â
I want to be able to park in front of the apartment I â?PAY FORâ!!! How hard is that !? I am going to take this issue all the way to the top along with 13 other tenants I have spoken to about this issue.

I agree!!! They are forcing their good tenants out. I've lived here for 5 years, but am planning to get out just as soon as my lease it up!

looks like we dodged a bullet. this was one of our final picks for a new place. the lease agent was nice and friendly, but could not answer all of our questions. she explained it was "free" parking - that it is first come first serve. after seeing the area at night (we drove by on a saturday night to see what it was like), we WILL NOT be living here. 900 bucks a month for an out dated apt and not so great area of the city. they have some nerve to charge that!!!
