I have lived here 5 years, and in the last two there has been new management. It has diminished greatly. They have taken out most of the grass and replaced it with large rock and desert landscaping, yet the water bill for tenants has increased dispite the savings the community is getting from the switch. Also the drip system and new desert plants were installed to far apart from eachother resulting in dead/dry plants. It is advertised and shown to prospective clients as a gated community, but the main gates have been in-operable for at least 3 years, and when they re-surfaced the parking lot, they poured the asphalt over the main gate making it permanately open...yet they inusre all new prospects that it will be repaired. The parking lot overflows with stagnant water half the day due to poor planning... I have to step in water up to my ankles to get to my car in my covered parking each morning. Forget it if you drop your clothes , they are ruined from oil mixed with dirty water! My air conditioner has been having problems for over a year, and I have spent the last week without any while they are gathering quotes for the job on a 30 year old air conditioning unit. I have holes in my kitchen floor from before I moved in, and the carpet was not replaced. Needless to say, I wont be living here after my lease is up. The management will ignore you, rather than closing for the lunch hour. I just informed the office that there were 2 people waiting for service and got the reply from ------...I am the only one here, and no, I didn't know there was anyone out there...she then continued her lunch with two co-workers, and no one helped the customers. I returned home to make a phone call only to find that I got voice mail. One of the dryers in the laundry room has been broken for at least 3 months.

I agree with you, and I wish there was something that could be done about all this. I too have experienced many, many problems with the new management staff.
