HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! I HAVE HAD A DRUG DEALER LIVING ACROSS FROM ME FOR THE PAST TWO AND A HALF YEARS, THAT DEALS DRUGS AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. I HAVE TRIED TO NOTIFY MANAGEMENT, AND THEY GIVE ME THE EXCUSE THAT MY NEIGHBOR HAS PAID HIS RENT AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO, WHEN IN REALITY THEY DON'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING AT ALL. THEY DON'T CONFRONT DISTURBING TENANTS. THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT WITH A BIG SMILE ON THEIR FACE, BUT THEY DON'T. THEY ALSO LIKE TO MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES EVERYTIME YOU HAVE TO SIGN A NEW LEASE, AND THEY DONT TELL YOU OF THE RULE CHANGES, THEY RUSH YOU TO SIGN ALL THE PAPERWORK AND LEAVE YOU TO READ IT ON YOUR OWN TIME. THE FRONT OFFICE HAS A HIGH TURN OVER RATE, THEY HAVE A NEW STAFF JUST ABOUT EVERY MONTH. THE RENT HAS GONE UP DUE TO A SUPPOSED INCREASE IN PROPERTY VALUE, BUT IN REALITY THEY SPENT ALOT OF MONEY REDECORATING THE INTERIOR OF THE MAIN OFFICE, WHEN THE INTERIOR OF THE APARTMENT HOMES REMAIN UNCHANGED. WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN THE CARPETS WERE CLEAN, AND EVERYTHING WAS FRESHLY PAINTED, EVEN THE FIBERGLASS SHOWER. AFTER A COUPLE MONTHS HUGE STAINS STARTED APPEARING IN THE CARPET, AND THE PAINT ON THE WALLS STARTED TO DISCOLOR; WHICH TELLS ME THAT THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE OLD CARPET, BUT JUST HAD THE SURFACE CLEANED. THE PARKING POLICY/RULES ARE OUTRIGHT REDICULOUS. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A "COURTESY" PATROL GUARD ON SITE, BUT BOTH OF MY VEHICLES HAVE BEEN VANDALIZED SINCE I HAVE BEEN THERE, AND I NEVER SAW A SECURITY GUARD POSTED ANYWHERE. THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT GATED. THE MAIN GATES HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS, AND INSTEAD OF FIXING IT THEY TOOK OUT THE GATE SHACK AND PLANTED A GARDEN IN ITS PLACE. I WAS OUT OF RUNNING WATER FOR A WHOLE WEEKEND ONCE. AN EXPOSED PVC PIPE JUST OUTSIDE MY BUILDING WAS SMASHED AND WATER WAS GUSHING OUT HIGHER THAN THE BUILDING, CREATING A HUGE FLOODED AREA AND RUNNING STRAIGHT INTO A STORM DRAIN. MY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT MANAGEMENT WERE ALL IN VAIN. I WAS NEVER COMPENSATED OR RECEIVED A DISCOUNT ON THE MONTH'S RENT FOR LACK OF RUNNING WATER. IN FACT, THE WATER BILL FOR THAT MONTH WAS DOUBLE THE NORMAL! ON THAT SAME NOTE, THEY HAVE REPLACED MOST OF THE GRASS ON THE PREMISES WITH GRAVEL, AND THE WATER BILL IS NEARLY $30.00 A MONTH. THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS VERY, VERY INCOMPETENT, UNFRIENDLY AND APATHETIC TO THE NEEDS OF THE TENANTS.

Stop writing in all caps, it makes everything run together and you not sound as intelligent as you could seem. Rather it makes people ignore what you have written as to not give them a headache. Furthermore all you have are complaints and it seems you still live in the area. The place is relatively 'cheap' living, and cheap living only insinuates people who don't make a lot of money, further insinuating people who are more than likely social rejects attempting to live up to institutionalized standards of normalcy but fail and instead reject rational methodologies of things like (kindness) and regress to barbaric states of poor/ghetto living mentalities. If I lived here with people of a higher caliber, this place would actually be great. But you get what you pay for in my opinion. And I'd love it if they upped the price and kicked out all these sub-par "humans". And mind me if I sound pompous.
