The management here is great. A majority of the tenants are not. This is almost a case of the inmates running the asylum. Glass has been broken in the back pool numerous times, ill-behaved children swear and scream at the top of their lungs throughout the complex, and parents are so lazy and careless that I've had to personally step in to keep one young man from being assaulted by another. My own child has been assaulted by another child, and her older sister and their friends continue to hang out right in front of our apartment and menace him, even though the police have told them to stay away from our building. This would be a great place to live if the welfare mothers and their live-in boyfriends actually did their jobs and parented their horrible spawn, instead of leaving it to apartment management and other residents.
