San Croix is advertised as luxury condos that's questionable. The interiors are pretty high quality, although when you need something fixed it could take a LONG time to get it done. The grounds are generally kept spotless, but the building exteriors need some work. The quality of residents is above average for Las Vegas, however there have been some less desirable people moving in lately. The office staff is friendly, but can be a little slow to respond to concerns at times. There has also been a lot of office staff turnover lately. The rent is too high compared to other properties in the area, rental increases are large when you renew your lease. The community has a long list of rules and regulations that are strictly enforced, which is good if you like a peaceful, quiet environment. There are very few issues here with noise or disruptive behavior by residents, but they are usually dealt with very quickly.
