Over priced and not worth it..

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Been living here for over a year now, and just paying month to month, due to the fact i'm just waiting on a job offer here soon..
They have car's broken into here every 3 or 4 months, poor security..
Maintenace here is a joke, they have gone through so many maintenace people here i have lost count.
The apartments are old and need to be refurbish, so really is not worth the price you pay here.
The area is getting bad, but what area in Vegas isn't' Pool areas, are ok, but they hardly clean the pools that much.
The only good thing about these apartments is that they are quiet.
That is it..
There are a lot of New apartments out there, that are cheaper and better than here.
Plus, this area is going down hill fast..
