GREAT all around

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
the lanscaping is nice and the pools are clean and very well maintained.
the fixtures are standard and the built-in bookshelves in the dining room are a wonderful feature.
the kitchen also has a pantry.
the bathtubs are massive so are the closets.
the patios are nice size, but the windows are a little outdated.
(not that you are opening them in vegas anyway.) the staff is very accomodating and many live on-site.
the parking spaces are assigned and covered and i never had a problem with people parking in my place.
everyone i encountered was very respectful and quiet.
and the location is perfect!!! 15 minutes to the strip and 15 minutes out west to red rock, etc...
the only downside is the "workout" room.
it leaves much to be desired, but i highly recommend Las Vegas Athletic Club.
