First of all the gate is ALWAYS open. So don't consider this a gated community. I've lived in other communites where if the gate was broken, they would at the very least try to fix it within the week. The piping in the apartments is loud. Everytime I try to get a hold of managment and have concerns, they don't call back until I pestor them in person. If I do get a hold of them over the phone I feel rushed to get my concern to them. They have a pet deposit that is non-refundable and is very costly compared to the apts around the area. On top of the pet deposit there is a pet fee on a monthly basis. Provided there is a washer and dryer, but there is not outlet for the hot air for the dryer.
I have NOT been happy since moving in here and I have only lived here for 2 1/2 months. I DO NOT recommend these apts.
