The apartments were ok, but nothing special. Unlike the previous review, we only had one roach (though a dousie) in the six months we were there.

The surrounding area is not a good neighborhood. There were constant fights and police calls to the complex directly behind ours. We were awoken several times by this. One night someone from that complex started throwing beer bottles at our apartment building. One hit our window right over our bed, but fortunately did not break it.

Our neighbors were quiet, but one day the police raided the apartment right next door and we never saw those people again.

My biggest complaint was with the deceitful management. My federal government job transfered me out of state. I worked out an agreement to pay two months rent and lose my security deposit in exchange for getting out of the lease. I was told, with smiles, that all was settled and wished good luck with my move.

Well a month after we moved, they contacted me trying to collect the remaining four months rent. After several weeks of back and forth and them threatening to take us to collections, we finally agreed to pay 50 percent of the remaining balance.
