Excellent Complex

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in so far. The staff is extremely accomodating and pleasant (we've had the same staff for the last 2 years!). They respond quickly to any issues that arise.
The grounds are very clean - no dogs allowed so no doodie. Cats are allowed, but must be kept on a leash.
There is 1 assigned cover parking per apartment, but there are plenty of uncovered parking spaces available.
The apartments are very quiet. You can hear the running water when other tenants are taking a shower in the Master Bath.
The only thing I didn't really like is the fact that the pool is open 24/7. I have an apt facing the pool and during the summer, teens like to stay out late. But there is security that walks the grounds every night, and if he hears them after 10, he will tell them to quiet down.
There really isn't a pest problem in the apartments themselves. There are a lot of bushes/small trees throughout the edges of the property where Black Widows thrive. I found quite a few in the mail center, but when I informed the office, they took care of the matter immediately.
It is close to the 95 via Summerlin Parkway, Albertsons, Blockbuster, McD's, Lowes and gas stations. The Fire Station is a block away.
Overall, it is an excellent complex. Great for singles and familes.
