Good, but not without flaws

This complex being my first apartment experience, the first year I was here, I was beyond satisfied.
Compared to other communities at a comparable price, San Moriz is the obvious choice, mostly due to the amenities and layouts of the units. My one bedroom, the smallest of the 3(!) one bedroom layouts, is still generous.
The staff is helpful and courteous. Ive had a few issues with their service staff, but after a bit of nagging, everythings been done. There was a three-week stint, however, where I had three large holes left in my walls as they checked for leaks. This was eventually fixed... three weeks later.
Parking can be a pain if you have more than one car. The community seems to be evenly split between day workers and night workers, so the open spots are frequently a premium to find.
Safety and security is another area which has only recently become an issue. I came out one morning to find the passenger door lock of my car disabled by someone who had tried to use a screwdriver to pry it open. A month later, a neighbors car was set on fire. Three days ago, there was an incident with a neighbor and some gentleman who claimed she owed him money. This escalated to the guy being arrested in front of my apartment.
The complex is refreshingly free of school age children. Stan, the night security guard, is always friendly, yet vigilant at the same time.
Overall, Im satisfied, and have no real reason to consider a different complex. Id like to see the gym updated, and lately it seems the quality of people renting here is falling, but for the amenities/price ratio, Ill stay.
