The grounds are beautiful, the floor plans are large (small galley kitchens with awkward cabinets for plates/cups (but i really dont cook so not an issue))other than that I am very pleased as far as the units. The manager is very nice!... if you hate smokers and think you have a right not to be infringed by their own then I suggest you move on. I love the beauty of the place/the crown molding/the pools, but I hate the smoking, overall I guess its just an issue of figuring out who your neighbors are first before you rent....Overall its a great price and a good quiet community and I would recommend it
