San Moritz Apartments

Love my Apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   After reading the last review, I had to leave my two cents as well. I have lived in my apartment for 5 years and have had a three bedroom and a large two bedroom. I have loved both my apartments! Yes, I can occasionally hear laundry, vacum's ect... but it is never a problem. I have never had my car stolen, or any problems with my mail. Any issues I have had come up have been quickly resolved by the office people. One important thing to point out is I pay no water bills!! ;0) Love that! I love the landscaping and the garages, the gates always work; and if they break I see the repair people fixing them right away. The area is awesome, and I love that the office staff has been the same for years! Never have I seen mold! Mildew in the shower...yes. But that's just cleaning! I would HIGHLY recommend San Moritz to anyone looking to rent, the price is very competitive,especially considering how much space I have!
