Granted, I havent lived there in over two years, and I'm sure things could change, but since I discovered this site, I figured I'd let people know that I loved living there. Don't forget, more people will take the time to complain than compliment when you look at these ratings. Anyway, back to San Moritz. My only bad experience was in April 2003, two weeks after I moved in my car along with 6 or 7 others was broken into. It's wasn't the complexes fault, the gate was working.. it's Vegas, it can and does happen everywhere. Other than that it was great. When I left I got my full deposit back without having to ask. The staff was always friendly, I had no maintenance issues, so I cant rate that. A few noisy kids (around 8 years old) were a bit of a problem during the day (when I slept) during the summer, but that's what kids do. I was on the East end of the property next to Tenaya. Oh, parking is sparse! I lived alone, so I always had my assigned space, but when friends would come over it was often impossible to find an open unassigned space nearby. All things considered though, I loved it, felt safe, and would recommend it to anyone.
