San Moritz Apartments

They're being investigated From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I just moved out and was told that the management is being investigated, by Employment Egual Opportunity Careers. I guess the management can't even handle their own employees. I know they don't do very well with their residents either. Since I've been here there have been police cars on property several times. Once that I know of, one of the residents were breaking into homes and storing all the things in his garage. There have been stolen cars, slashed tires, even cars that were flipped over on the property from bad driving. Work orders that don't get done right the first time. And not to be rude, but the manager is very weird. He only talks about working out and makes you talk with him when you're trying to leave or do something. I'm not happy and glad I moved out.
