So far, so good. I've been in for a littleover amonth now, and ampleased withmy choice. The grounds are beautifully kept up, the pool areas clean, and I never hear anything from my neighbors. Lucky, I guess. From what I've seen there are a lot of older (read "older than 25") residents, which I think helps with the noise levels. Staff ha been friendly so far, and when I reported a maintenance issue it was dealt with promptly and courteously.

Update from original contributer - Almost a year, and I've had a good experience. Great service from the front office and maintenance staff - quick and professional. Grounds are kept up very well, pool area has some nice amentities. No bug problems, can't hear my neighbors (except for when he's taking a shower), appliances work fine. My only complaint is that I'm in one corner of the complex near the street, and man is it noisy! The apartment itself is not, but the noise from outside the complex is an issue. There's a fire station right down the street, and I hear them everytime they make a run. Also, if you're the type that likes to get out and run or walk for exercise, the immediate area outside the complex isn't great for that, but the the city park half a mile to the west is top notch. Haven't decided wehther I'll renew, and if I don't is will only be to get back out to the Summerlin area farther west of town.

thank you for your posting...my son is looking for place to live for a while coming from ny...43 yrs old and single and adorable...if you know of anything in summerlin to check out would you let me know...very hard to figure out rentals and condo buying...in nv what with economy..hoa fees litigation and what not...would love to hear from you..how can we exchange email
