Terrible management

This place could be very nice if run by the right people. Too often, apartments are rented to rowdy people, just to get the places rented and then there is a problem. The front gate has been broken for the past 6 months. Upon going into the office to ask when it will be fixed, I was told that they didn't have enough money in the budget to have it fixed in past months but they do now and it will be repaired after collecting next month's rents from tenants. It has been two months since they told me that and it's still not fixed. Management just does not care to meet promises made in the lease. Not a good place to live. There are several autos in the parking lot having expired tags, one tag in particular is three years old. Tenants here just have no consideration for each other. All in all, very noisy and very stressful.
